Custom Paper Works can ship anywhere in the world that FedEx or UPS can access. It’s a very easy process as long as you know what to expect.

There are several important notes regarding international orders. Please read thoroughly so you know what to expect, especially if this will be your first time ordering products from another country.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates start at $60 USD for small orders sent via USPS International Priority Mail. The package will be in transit for 6 to 10 business days after the package is shipped, not including any possible hold-ups in customs or extra delivery attempts required if the package cannot be signed for on the first attempt.

FedEx, UPS and USPS Express International shipping generally starts at $125 USD for a ship time of 3-7 business days, not including any potential customs clearance delays.

Larger orders and those sent to rural destinations cost more to ship than the prices listed above.

Customs
Every package shipped in to your country will be processed and cleared through Customs. Depending on the destination, this can sometimes cause delays beyond the actual ship times noted above. Notes from experience: Canadian Customs tends to take longer, adding up to 5 days to the shipping process. Customs in the UK is generally pretty quick with few delays.

Taxes/Duties/VAT/Brokerage Fees
Please refer to your country’s rules and regulations regarding taxes due on items imported from other countries. For 99% of packages, taxes, duties and/or VAT will be assessed and are due prior to receiving your package.

Custom Paper Works does not collect or provide estimates of what this amount will be as it’s a detailed calculation that your Customs office will determine based on the total cost of the order, and the specific items shipped. Custom Paper Works will include a copy of the final invoice in addition to a shipper’s invoice, which Customs will use to determine the taxes due.

Packages sent via FedEx to a location or business which has a FedEx account will have taxes/duties charged to that FedEx account number. CPW has no control over how these taxes are charged or applied. Please note this if you are having a package sent to a work or business address which may have a FedEx account.
