CUSTOM ORDERS - SHIPPING & RETURNS
Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks for the full design, production, and shipping process.
We will work with you to create a passport book in any color or design, with any content you need for whatever use you can imagine.
Pricing for custom passport books works differently than the online store, and starts at $1000. Please submit a quote request form for more information.
Due to their custom-made nature, we do not have a standard return or refund process for custom-made items. Should the *very rare* issue arise, we will of course work to find a solution.
SHIPPING - ONLINE STORE ORDERS
Allow 3 business days before online Favor Passport store orders are shipped.
This is in addition to package transit time. (“3-Day shipping” takes about 3-4 days AFTER we have given a box to the shipping company).
Order early, and make sure your address is correct.
If you have a tight timeframe, please reach out before placing an order to make sure we can meet your timing.
Each order is packaged carefully. However, Custom Paper Works is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or damage occurring after the package is with the shipper. This will need to be addressed with the carrier.
RETURN POLICY - ONLINE STORE ORDERS
If there is an issue with an order, please contact us immediately so we can help.
Refunds/returns are NOT accepted for quantity mis-orders, visual color differences vs. website photos, or the occasional minor irregularity that may occur in our mostly hand-made, paper-based items.
Our passport pages are GREAT for standard ballpoint pens, pencils, colored pencils, light markers, and rubber stamp inks. The inside pages are made with 70#–100# text (depending on page count), which is nicer than what is used in many big-box store planners & notepads.
However they are NOT “no bleed through” pages & we do not recommend permanent markers, paint, or other heavy inks.
